​This initiative is designed to support and empower Community Granges across the state by pairing them with trained mentors dedicated to honoring their traditions and accomplishments while providing the tools to grow as well.
Each year, a group of Granges will be chosen to participate in this celebratory two-year program. New Granges will be welcomed annually, ensuring continuous growth and fun opportunities for all participants. The Mentor Program aims to assist Granges in various areas such as building membership, setting and achieving attainable goals, organizing impactful public programs, and enhancing their community profile.
By joining the Mentor Program, Granges will receive personalized guidance and support tailored to their unique goals. Our mentors are committed to providing the tools and resources necessary for success, fostering a collaborative and nurturing environment.
